The YooperBeiner is a cross-country race, held on March 1, 2008 at 10AM. There are three fun choices: 26k, 13k, and 6k. The location is at Wolverine Ski Trails a few miles from Ironwood, Michigan. No sign-up is needed, and the cost is simply a donation to help the small local ski club to maintain the trails.

Finding the The Trails
First, find Ironwood, Michigan. It's in the far west of the Upper Peninsula of Michican. Travel east a mile or so on U.S. 2, and turn left onto Section 12 road. Go north about a mile, then turn right onto Sunset road. At the end of the road, make a right turn into the chalet parking lot.
